Interior walls of the upper units had to follow the angles of the trusses which would otherwise block passage between rooms.

The location is excellent, close to shopping, restaurants, library and schools, and with an easy access to the subway. The residential neighbourhood offers quiet, treed streets, and High Park is within an easy bike ride.
