This century old sanctuary, a former Methodist church at 12 Macpherson Avenue in Toronto's Summerhill neighbourhood was converted into only five luxurious loft spaces. Each multi-level loft is unique in design and character, but all have original architectural features: beautiful Gothic style windows, wooden trusses, cathedral ceilings. The building has an underground garage with two parking spaces for each loft.
Loft sizes range from about 2600 to approximately 4500 square feet. The building is pet friendly, and each loft has a fireplace and a private terrace.

These lofts come up for sale rarely, the last sales date to 2011, when the smallest, 2-bedroom unit sold for $530 per square foot, 2013, when a very large loft, over 4000 sq.ft., sold for $436 per square foot, 2015, when a 4300 sq.ft. loft sold for $844 per square foot. That some loft was sold again in August 2016 for a bit less, at $812 per square foot.
