Toronto Real Estate Market Watch Reports

Every month Toronto Real Estate Boards publishes a report providing details and analysis of the previous month real estate activity in Toronto and the GTA. These reports summarize the most recent real estate activity, compare the level of activity with the same month of the past year, give the most recent average and median sale price for all types of properties, as well as number of sales and average prices for detached houses, semi-detached, townhouses and condo apartments for the City of Toronto, the surrounding "905" area, and for the total GTA.

Following the summary are tables detailing the sales and listing information district by district, for all house types as well as specifically for the detached, semi detached, townhouse, condo townhouse, condo apartment and link type of property.
