House Price and Number of Sold Listings Between March 21 and October 20
High Park and Swansea
In High Park and Swansea average house sale prices were increasing, when compared to the average for the period of March 21 - April 20. In May the prices were higher by 17.5%, in June a massive 36.8%, and two small increases of 1.4% in July and August. Only in September listings sold at an average price that was lower by 5.0%.
There was a difference, however, between the two locations on both sides of High Park. In Swansea prices increased in May, dropped in June and July, and went up again in August and September. In High Park, after a small increase in May, and a substantial in June, two small increases followed in July and August, and in September the average price dropped by 15.2%.

In both North and South Riverdale average house sale prices were lower in each consecutive month, when compared to the average for the period of March 21 - April 20. In North Riverdale the biggest difference, 16.1%, was recorded in May/June. In South Riverdale after three months of smaller differences, between 12% and 13.4%, average price was significantly lower, by almost 33% in July/August, and only slightly better in August/September.
