One of my favourite loft conversions, this former CBC prop warehouse, converted into hard lofts in 1999, offers truly high ceilings (14 feet), concrete columns and large windows. Most of the units feature polished concrete floors, and some have balconies. Top level lofts have their own private rooftop terraces. Lofts range in size from about 750 to over 3000 sq. ft. Maintenance fees cover all except taxes and cable, and they are comparatively low.
Most loft units have a parking spot, some of the larger units have two. Several visitor parking spots are available. Building has an exercise room, party/meeting room and a common rooftop terrace and garden.
Since the conversion 175 lofts have been sold on MLS.
