Roncesvalles / High Park 2003 real estate statistics
2003 was a very busy year for Roncesvalles Village neighbourhood. Many homes changed owners, prices went up considerably, new lofts are being built and offered for sale. Roncesvalles Village has become a desired location for home buyers who notice how well serviced and how attractive this area has become.
As soon as the houses were listed for sale, they were snapped up by anxious buyers. On one occasion a listing was sold for 160% of the asking price. Part of this phenomenon was due to the fact that this area was undervalued for a long time now. But its charm is no longer a well-kept secret, and results in bidding wars.

Summing up, it has been an extremely busy year. Searching for a house was a frustrating experience, and it often took several lost attempts before one finally acquired a home.
